GEM SLEEP offers a sleep test that you can take at home, in your own bed, in just one night.

The WatchPAT One E home sleep test includes a device worn on your wrist with sophisticated sensors that provide a comprehensive sleep report.

Before purchasing a home sleep test, patients have a Sleep Intake Visit to:

Review symptoms
Review quiz results
Provide a referral for a home sleep test (required for insurance coverage)

After completing the home sleep test, patients schedule a Results and Treatment Plan Visit to:

Review your sleep study results
Understand whether you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea

The GEM SLEEP home sleep test and services are in-network with many insurance plans and are HSA/FSA eligible.

Get Results and Treatment Options

After completing your home sleep test, you will meet with one of GEM’s expert clinicians during a Results and Treatment Plan telehealth Visit to talk through your results and personalized treatment plan.

If your results indicate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), GEM SLEEP makes it easy to order an auto-adjusting Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machine or get a referral to a dental clinic.

Starting treatment can feel like a big change. GEM SLEEP coaches are always here for you to offer support, encouragement and advice, from initial diagnosis to long-term management. You are assigned a coach who can provide real-time insights into your progress, as well as tips on incorporating treatment into your life for maximum comfort and health benefits.
