When the traditional sleep clinic experience let us down, we changed it.
GEM started from our founder’s frustrations in the journey to finding relief from sleep apnea.
GEM SLEEP – Costco FAQs
GEM SLEEP accepts many insurance plans eligible services. Each patient has different coverage, and an Estimate of Benefits (EOB) can be created for patients choosing to use insurance.
If using insurance, a patient responsibility is typically required such as a co-pay, co-insurance, or payment amount until the patient’s individual or family deductible is met.
GEM SLEEP will submit a claim to your health plan for eligible services. Health plans determine patient responsibility. Patients can pay for their responsibility using credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, or establish a payment plan.
If not using insurance, patients can pay self-pay or set up a payment plan.
