You know this is hard because we see so many situations where people have had pretty dramatic changes in their life. We had a woman who was about 58-years-old and her daughter had graduated college and was going on trips for interviews around the country. And she wanted her mother to go with her, but she knew that her mother snored and her mother, my patient, was really concerned. The trip two weeks before I saw her she ended up going into the bathroom in the hotel room to sleep because she didn't want to disrupt her daughter's sleep during the night because she had this big interview at a big company out in San Francisco. So, she got her Oral Appliance and her daughter wanted her to go on a couple more trips with her and she came in just beaming. Not only was she feeling better she was much more alert during the day, her sleep was much smoother, she was only waking up once at night instead of four times at night, but her daughter was like “Mom, you were totally quiet during the night she said normally when we go on these trips you wake me up all the time.”  So she was absolutely thrilled and her daughter was thrilled as well.
