HST (Home Sleep Test) Cancellation Policy (before shipping)
1. Cancellation is easy – give us a call at 1-833-946-4436 to cancel your purchase.
2. HST order may be cancelled and fully refunded if the order is not shipped (an HST order is typically shipped within 24 hours.).
3. If a virtual visit is part of your home sleep test package and you are paying with cash, the HST order may be canceled with full refund before the telehealth session. If the order is canceled after the telehealth visit, you will be refunded less the telehealth visit fee ($85).
4. If a virtual visit is part of your home sleep test package and you are using your insurance, the HST order may be canceled before the visit with no bill to you or your insurance. Your insurance will be billed for the telehealth visit if completed.
5. If the order was canceled after delivery, you will receive a prepaid return label. We need to receive the unopened package within 30 days of the original shipment date.
6. Once we receive your returned Home Sleep Study in the original packaging, we will issue a refund for the full original purchase price. If item is returned opened or outside the original packaging a refund will not be issued.

1. HST return should be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery for refund.
2. Return is easy – give us a call at 1-833-946-4436 to return your purchase.
3. HST order may be returned and fully refunded if the order is not shipped (an HST order is typically shipped within 24 hours.). $20 return fee will be charged.

CPAP Return Policy (after shipping):
At GEM Health, we have strict organizational standards that govern our return policy for auto PAP (CPAP) machines. We DO NOT accept returns for CPAP machines because each one is customized with a specific prescription for each patient. If a CPAP machine was purchased using insurance, the insurance company will be invoiced for both the purchase or rental of the device.
CPAP Supplies:
GEM Health does accept returns for unopened and unused supplies such as headgear, tubing, cushions and masks within 7 days of receiving the products, subject to a restocking fee of $20.00.
