Today’s the day to change your life

You go through different stages of sleep. Your brain does different things through different stages of sleep and REM sleep may be the most fascinating. During REM sleep when we dream most vividly is also when we are at highest risk of ObstructiveSleep Apnea. It’s when our throat muscles are most likely to collapse and it’s when our oxygen levels are most likely to drop. We want to help you breathe well throughout REM sleep in particular, six to seven hours of good quality sleep is better than 9 to 10 hours of poor sleep.
